TBR’s very own bearded wonder, Andreas Dahlstrom has qualified for the inaugural Swedish Championship, sanctioned by the Swedish Motorsport Association and officially part of the SM-veckan – or Swedish Championship week, where a variety of sports have official championships – and will be broadcast on Swedish TV.
One of just 24 qualifiers, Andreas managed to beat hundreds of other entrants for a chance to take a crack at the championship. Entrants were given the opportunity to qualify in one of 3 different combinations of car and track. Andreas was able to qualify in the Mclaren MP4/8 at Silverstone.
Unfortunately, the finals will be run on *cough* rFactor 2 and run in the Radical SR3-RSX at the Indianapolis F1 layout from 2007.

The race will be broadcast on Swedish television on Saturday between 08.30 and 15.30 (with Swedish commentary obviously)
